We welcome children and we've got plenty going on for them. Little Nippers, Children's Group, Youth Group, working with schools.

Bible Bites

Bible Bites is our fun and engaging series of Youtube videos that allows children to take a short ‘bite’ from the bible through use of magic tricks and at-home science experiments. Though originally intended for primary aged children, many families near and far have tuned in to enjoy this content. Little Nippers

Little Nippers is a Baby and Toddler Group which has a friendly relaxed and faith based atmosphere. We meet each Monday morning in St Nicholas church during term time only, between 9.30-11am for play, craft activities, story time and games.

Everyone is welcome but we do have a waiting list, so if you are interested in exploring this with your little one, please contact us via our Facebook page or by contacting the church Secretary.

The cost is £2 per first child and £1 for additional little ones. This includes snacks (age appropriate) for the children and refreshments for parents and grandparents who accompany their children. The age range is 0-school age and a warm welcome awaits you.

Schools

We are blessed to have two Church of England Primary Schools within our villages here.

The Church supports both Dersingham and Ingoldisthorpe schools: Rev Mark leads Collective Worship regularly and also School services in the churches and at school; the Open the Book Team visits regularly, and Volunteers from the Churches support the leadership of both schools as Governors.

Both schools are happy and popular.

Elevation Youth Group

Our exciting group for young people, from year 7 onwards (age 11+) meets during term time on Sunday evenings from 7pm at the Village Centre across from St Nicholas Church in Dersingham. There is time to catch up with friends, explore a Bible Study with discussion and videos, play some great games and enjoy some snacks and chilling. Please contact the church secretary for more information.

Youth Café

Our latest addition to The Well is our new, regular, term-time Youth Café for those in years 7 – 11 on their way home from High School.

This drop-in café runs on Tuesdays from 3.15 – 5.30pm, offering a place to meet up with friends after school with refreshments (including free cakes!), games and other activities.
